The Design Center at Lake Norman, is an 81,135 square-foot creative office/flex office park located in Mooresville, North Carolina. Originally constructed in the 1920’s, the building served as a manufacturing facility for the Troutman Shirt Factory. In recent years, the mill was retrofit, and extensive renovations revitalized the historic plant to accommodate office and warehouse users. The Design Center has become a hub for national and local businesses.
